Stoked to have the 1TB on the newest pro max iPhone. Camera is excellent, new features like cinematic filming will be a fun tool for video. We're about to have a baby, and I film more than an hour every week at church, and recently I filmed close to 50 students using ASL so this was worth the upgrade for that alone. And the night time photo quality has been improved, too.
The opening experience is always pleasant and top notch, the transition of data was smooth sailing. Took me 3 hours, but I have over 98,000 pics/vids.

Still having issues with the GPS, which I use everyday. Very frustrating that this hasn't been resolved from the 12 iPhone.

A bit ticked when I was charged an additional $133 about week after getting the phone, which will be refunded when I send the old phone. I didn't see anything online telling you that they'll charge that. Originally it was a $35 fee on the day I ordered it online.

Customer service was inconsistent, and with the extras like a glass screen protector and phone case- I ordered from Amazon and they quickly shipped it within 12 hours for MUCH cheaper than these in-person Verizon/Victra stores. Last time I got an upgrade for my husband a few months ago, they tacked on another hidden fees totaling to $350 from adding unnecessary accessories like lens protectors (the guy didn't ask to put those on), a regular phone case, and screen protector. Such a sketchy worker, which we did NOT appreciate.

When I picked up this one, it took too long to get it as the employee didn't acknowledge me for over 20 mins helping 2 others, and then telling me to come back after 10 minutes when the safe opened up. He didn't offer to upsell anything or help me with transferring my iCloud over, which I know is an extra fee. I think that should be a courtesy to offer help, instead of handing the product over and doing the bare minimum customer service with a lack of care. The least they can do is help you mail in your old phone to help avoid any delays in credits.

Verizon can be a frustrating company as they charge a boat load, but they're also the best service in my area and the product is overall satisfying to my day to day use.

The pros are that this phone is very secure, works well with all the apps like 1password, is quick to send and receive texts and fun extras like the emojis and images within that, and reliving special times from the Photo folders is easy to display on our TV at home.

Looking forward to using this for all the precious moments, continuing use with my Deaf friends on FaceTime, and connecting with others in meaningful ways with this new device.

I’ve only had this iPhone for a couple weeks now, but I really am loving it. I upgraded from the iPhone 13, which was still working flawlessly. I had visited the US Cellular store to see what customer deals were running and just so happened I could have upgraded to any phone of my choice really. I came very close to going for the latest iPhone 16/pro/max. The only thing that was a deal breaker there was where the sensor button to work the camera on the side can’t be covered by a phone case. Maybe one day there will be cases to cover all the phone so it’s all protected, something that would be compatible with that handy feature it has now. I just didn’t want any buttons left exposed or the 16 would have been it for me. Really there isn’t any huge differences between the 15 and 16. I would highly recommend the 15 pro max (it’s larger than my 13) this is my first pro max other than my very first iPhone years ago was a 7 pro. In my opinion from the 7 pro, 11, and 13 they all operated fast and smooth. I take a ton of pictures and have over 25,000 of them not including the hundreds of vids and still works flawlessly. The cameras in my opinion are better that my professional Nikon camera 📷. One thing I do wish the phones came with, headphones or at least an adapter piece to use ones you already have. I didn’t like the usb c to c for charging because I don’t have a c port in my car for apple CarPlay and used the cord from my 13z I currently have an anchor cord but I don’t feel like it is the best. So I’m going to try another cord. The usb c makes it more universal but I still prefer the older iPhone charge ports to the usb c. That changed I believe after the iPhone 14 and is standard on all iPhones up from that.
Isaac was great at US cellular as always and gave great advice and had patience for my hundred questions.
If you’re and android user and have been wanting to make the switch i highly recommend it was the best decision I made years ago. iPhones have the best interface, secure, and have great quality features. I almost forgot… the battery life is amazing on this phone. The pictures amazing everytime and I don’t drop calls as often either.

I don’t know if it’s the titanium phone or what but my phone has had overheating issues since the day I got it. I’ve reached out to Apple numerous times in the year I’ve owned the phone and I keep getting told “it’s just the phone and it’s hot outside”. Well my 2 year old iPhone didn’t overheat after 2 minutes of using the camera and this one does. The Apple Store genius told me it’s because it’s such a high powered camera and it’s going to overheat. The phone overheats without even using the camera. It overheats on the charger and stops charging, I can’t plug it into the car charger or it overheats again. It gets incredibly hot to the point where I don’t charge my phone next to my bed anymore, I charge it in the kitchen in case it catches fire or something. I think it’s ridiculous to build a phone with all the technology and not have components inside to keep the device cool. Now they have a new iPhone with even more high powered cameras 🤔 make it make sense. If I had to do it all over again, I would have save the $1200 and kept using my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Oh, one other thing to note, when I took the phone to Apple a couple weeks ago they ran a diagnostic on it and said there had been zero overheating warnings in the last 30 days, coincidentally my phone was burning hot and displaying the triangle with the exclamation point inside- because it was in fact overheating. That appointment was my last effort to get the phone fixed or replaced before my 1 year warranty was up on 9/25. The guy pretty much told me to order the new phone if I don’t like this one.

After having to cancel my order three time (one was my fault) and months and months of waiting, I finally received my 15 Pro Max, and was excited. After having the phone for nearly a month I can honestly say I have never had a bigger case of buyer’s remorse over any item I’ve ever purchased. For $1600+ I am expecting something nearing perfection, and this product falls woefully short. My main complaint revolves around video playback. I first noticed when I paused videos on YouTube they would automatically start playing again without me pressing play or even handling the phone. Also when I would select a video it would play for a millisecond then pause and I would have to press play again. I thought maybe this was YouTube app related and was willing to overlook it, even though it is extremely frustrating. Turns out it isn’t just YouTube app related. It does it on my news apps as well. I upgraded from the XS Max to this, and thankfully did not trade in that phone. You would think going up 5 iterations I’d notice a bigger difference in performance, but I don’t. I honestly reach for my XS Max more than this. I would not recommend this phone to anyone unless you like the feeling of being ripped off. Strongly considering biting the bullet and paying the restocking fee and returning this phone and reverting back to using the XS Max full time. The camera on this phone is nice, but doesn’t make up for the frustration of videos playing randomly.
